Techrintz (Techrintz.com) is operated by Santhosh as a sole proprietorship offering website development, mobile application development, and related custom software services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present risk.

Paid work is subject to separate commercial terms, including pricing, timelines, milestones, and service levels where agreed. You are responsible for taxes other than our income taxes where applicable.

You control the data you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You instruct us to process Customer Data solely to provide the Services in accordance with your documentation and applicable law. We retain all rights in the Services, including software, branding, and documentation. Subject to these Terms and your subscription or order, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during the term.

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for the purposes of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Techrintz for the Services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the event, unless a higher cap is agreed in a signed order form.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Techrintz against third-party claims arising from Customer Data, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law, except to the extent caused by our material breach.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, survive termination. risk, or non-payment as permitted by your order. Sections that by their nature should survive will

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, these Terms are governed by the laws designated in your order form or, if none, the laws applicable to the contracting entity stated in your agreement, excluding conflict of law rules. We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Material changes to paid services will be handled as described in your order or notice requirements where applicable.
